Requirements are
* Posses good understanding of MS Office viz Word, and Excel.
* Posses good typing skills (20 – 25 WPM ).
* Posses good English speaking and writing skills.
* Candidates willing to work in Night Shifts only need to apply.
* Candidates should have secured minimum 50% in their graduation, XIIth, Xth (All Full time).
* Making outbound sales, for new and existing customers
* Manages leads, by calling and qualifying the leads
* Educating the customer about various products and converting the lead into a sale
* Up sells the products to the existing customer
* Should be a graduate with minimum 50%.
* BE/BTech’s less than 60% or if they have more than 60% 1 year of International Call Centre experience is mandatory.
* Freshers or Experienced with 0-48 months in ICC Voice Support.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Basic Technical Knowledge.
* Experience in technical process would be an added advantage.
* Hardware & Networking Knowledge would be an added advantage.
